ESTABLISHMENT OF THE CODE

• Sec. 1.1. Short Title.

This Code, which consists of criminal or regulatory ordinances of the City, shall be known as the "Los Santos Municipal Code" and abbreviated as "LSMC." It shall be sufficient to designate any ordinance adding to or amending said Code as an addition or amendment to or repeal of a section of the Los Santos Administrative Code.

• Sec. 1.2. Interpretation of Section Number.

Reading from left to right, all digits to the left of the first decimal point shall designate the Divisions of this Code. All numbers to the right of the first decimal point and to the left of the second decimal point shall designate the section numbers within each division.
