- The use of out-of-character information to affect a player's in-character decisions is prohibited. Any actions made by a player must be based on knowledge that the player has gathered in-character. The descriptions of a player's actions cannot describe anything other than the specific action being carried out. Sharing information that other characters would not possibly interpret is not allowed.
- Players may not act on, or pass on information from an alternative character to a main character or vice versa.
- The community forums are out-of-character unless it is stated that content in a forum section may be used in-character. Management may grant the right to use out-of-character resources in specific circumstances, such as allowing the police to use limited VoIP communications.
