Faustina was born to Kearny, Nebraska on June 11, 1996, to Amanda and Riccardo Mazzeo. Shortly after her mother gave birth, she died of complications leaving Riccardo to be a single father. Together, Riccardo and Faustina lived in a ranch house outside of Kearny. Her father owned a Liquor store in Downtown Kearny which was his main source of income. Most of the day Faustina's father was out of the house running his business. Whenever she was bored, Faustina would go outside and play in a dirt patch near the house.
At age 6, her father taught her how to use a gun and trained her to fight. This made Faustina less fearful of things and gave her confidence. Whenever a bully picked on her in school, she had beaten them to a pulp and was suspended for it. Her father would praise her for it and would bash the school for suspending her believing that she's just defending herself. In 2009, Riccardo decided it was time for a change. So he took his 13-year-old daughter and business with him and moved to Omaha, Nebraska.
Upon moving to Omaha, Riccardo was noticing changes in his daughter. Faustina became more independent but was beginning to change her personality. Meanwhile, Riccardo is keeping a secret from his daughter about being an associate of the Luppino, a mafia organization because he fears that if Faustina finds out she will hate and resent him for good.
During High School, Faustina didn't have the best grades in class but it was enough to satisfy her father. She was often picked on by a group of girls for having black hair. They not only picked on her but ganged up on her and stole stuff from her. One day, Faustina had enough of the bullying and decided to approach one of the bullies and beat her to a pulp. This gets Faustina suspended from school and as usual, her father defends her claiming self-defense. Faustina finally graduates High school in 2014 but then realizes she doesn't have a plan on going to college.
She applies to the University of Nebraska for and is accepted. For the next 3 years, Faustina goes to college for a degree in business and everything's going well for her until one day in December of 2017 when her father decides to suddenly to sell the liquor business and tell to pack her bags to head to Los Santos. Deciding that she shouldn't argue with her father, Faustina reluctantly drops out of college and goes with her father to Los Santos.
Currently, Faustina lives in Los Santos with her father but not in the same house with each other as she got a place for herself. She is still wondering why her dad decided to sell the liquor business and move to Los Santos. Despite that, she is trying to make the best of her life in Los Santos.
