The story begins in 1918 with a beautiful married couple, who left Italy, their country, for a better life, in United States. The main reason why they immigrate was the poverty, but not the single one. Political hardship was also a factor in motivating immigration. Many Italians moved to America to work and earn money, because United States was pictured as a nation with abundant land, high wages and lower taxes. Time has passed, they have achieved the life they wanted, having a beautiful boy. This pure Italian boy, grown into a handsome male with a successful carrier into the Los Santos Police Department. Of course, that didn’t come in his twenties, having his first job at Los Santos Docks. After a while, he met the love of his life, a beautiful American woman coming from a modest family. After few years they got married, having a son, named Vincent Bacciarelli.
Vincent Bacciarelli was born in 1982 in one of the suburbs of Los Santos, San Andreas. He was raised by his both parents, not creating too many problems for them. In high school, he was a mediocre teenager with mediocre marks. After high school, Vincent got hired at a restaurant as a waiter then promoted to restaurant manager, where he learned a lot about how the restaurants works and how it should be managed. After few years, he decided to follow his father steps, and started to study the low and train to apply for the police academy. At that time his mother was sick, reason why he’s mind wasn’t so clear, resulting a failure joining the Los Santos Police Department. Because the need of money, he applied at a transport company, as a driver. He worked there a few years, gaining some experience as a driver. After a while, having a beer with his old man, his father suggested him to go and apply for a government post. Vincent already knew much of the laws, all he needed to to was to recap a bit. He went to the office, he applied, signed himself for the exam. He took the exam with a decent mark and for a period he was a trainee in licensing, becoming afterwards an official.
Vincent Bacciarelli stays in rent, alone, in an apartment inside Los Santos. He appears to be a Caucasian male, with a height around 6’2”, weight around 196 lbs, dark brown hair with blue eyes, one scar on left hand, wearing casual clothes when he is not working, formal when it's working. He wants to gather enough money to open a restaurant in Los Santos.
